Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread - 2 eggs
- Butter (for frying)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Take the slices of bread and cut a hole in the center of each slice using a glass or any round object. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
3. Place the bread slices in the skillet and toast for about one minute.
4. Crack the eggs into the holes of the bread and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook until the eggs are done to your liking, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Carefully flip the bread slices to toast the other side for an additional minute if you want more color.
7. Serve warm.
