Ingredients:
- 150 g fresh spinach - 1 avocado
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach and gently dry it. 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the fruit.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
6. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
