Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 avocado
- 2 dl almond milk
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 dl fresh berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the bananas and avocado.
2. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
