Refreshing and Light Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 200 g fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 dl blueberries (preferably slightly frozen)
- 1 medium banana
- 2 dl strawberries (preferably slightly frozen)
Instructions:
1. Add the yogurt to a bowl.
2. Add the blueberries, strawberries, and banana.
3. Mash everything together with a masher until the banana, blueberries, and strawberries are well combined and smooth.
4. Serve cold and enjoy!
