Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pear
- 2 kiwis
- 1 banana
- 200 ml yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 100 ml apple juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Honey to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the pear and kiwis, then cut them into small pieces.
2. Place all ingredients into a blender: pear pieces, kiwis, banana, yogurt, and apple juice.
3. If desired, add ice cubes and honey.
4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
