A delicious and nutritious spinach and feta pasta that's quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the cream and crumble the feta cheese into the pan. Mix well and let it warm through.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir to combine. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of reserved cooking water.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh basil if desired.
