Ingredients:
- 150 g fresh spinach - 1 large avocado
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the spinach. Place it in a large salad bowl. 2. Peel and slice the avocado. Add it to the salad.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
5. Slice the cucumber and red onion, then add them to the salad.
6. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
7. Toss all the ingredients well and serve immediately.
