Ingredients:

- 500 g cooked, peeled large shrimp
- 1 bunch green asparagus
- 2 papayas
- 4 green onions
- 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime juice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus. Cut the asparagus spears into bite-sized pieces and slice the tips separately.
2. Blanch the asparagus pieces in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Drain and cool.
3. Peel the papayas and cut them into cubes.
4. Chop the green onion finely.
5. Tear the romaine lettuce into a serving bowl and top with shrimp, papaya cubes, asparagus tips, and green onion.
6. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.
7. Gently toss all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
