A delicious combination of spiced lamb sausage, colorful peppers, and halloumi cheese, served with a refreshing tzatziki. Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- Spiced lamb/chevon sausage - Orange bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper
- Halloumi cheese
- Red cherry tomatoes
- Herb oil:
- Fresh oregano
- Fresh mint
- Fresh basil
- Garlic
- Quality olive oil
- Pepper
- Tzatziki:
- Natural yogurt
- Fresh cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- Fresh oregano
- A touch of honey
- Salt
- Salad
- Baguette
Instructions:
1. Prepare the herb oil by mixing fresh herbs, crushed garlic, olive oil, and pepper in a bowl. Let it marinate for a moment. 2. Cut the lamb sausage, orange and yellow bell peppers, halloumi, and tomatoes into suitable pieces.
3. Thread the ingredients onto skewers, alternating lamb sausage, bell peppers, halloumi, and tomatoes.
4. Brush the skewers with the herb oil and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
5. Grill the skewers on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes, until cooked through and nicely colored.
6. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing yogurt, cucumber, oregano, honey, and salt.
7. Serve the grilled skewers with tzatziki, salad, and baguette. Enjoy!
