Ingredients:
- 200 g Pimientos de Padrón peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Rinse the Pimientos de Padrón peppers under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly.
3. Place the peppers in a bowl, add the olive oil and salt. Toss well to ensure the oil and salt coat the peppers evenly.
4. Place the peppers on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and have nice grill marks, turning them once during cooking.
5. Serve immediately while warm, optionally with lemon wedges.
