Deliciously marinated chicken thighs roasted to perfection. Preparation Time: 4 hours (including marinating)
Serving Size: 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken thighs - 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Cumin (to taste)
- Tikka masala (to taste)
- Turmeric (to taste)
- Chili pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and spices together.2. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush the marinade on both sides.
3. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken thighs.
4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking tray and pour the marinade over them.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Serve with rice cooked in chicken broth and a fresh salad.
