Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh fish (e.g., perch or whitefish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill, parsley)
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g green beans
- 1 dl rye bread cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. In a separate pot, boil the green beans for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and crisp.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, and cook them in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish while it cooks.
5. Prepare the plates by placing potatoes, green beans, and the cooked fish on each. Sprinkle fresh herbs and rye bread cubes on top.
6. Serve immediately!
