These spicy lamb kebabs are perfect bite-sized snacks for any celebration. Easy to eat and served on skewers, they will delight with their flavor profile and are great for any occasion.

Serving Size: 12 kebabs
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl chopped parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 skewers
Instructions:
1. Place the ground lamb in a large bowl.
2. Add the cinnamon, coriander, cloves, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into long, thin kebabs.
4. Insert a skewer into the center of each kebab.
5. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve warm with dipping sauce and fresh vegetables.
