A simple and delicious recipe that brings flavor to your everyday meals. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serving size: 4.
Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Chop the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the garlic. Sauté until the garlic turns golden brown.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to moisten the mixture.
6. Tear the fresh basil and stir it into the pasta and tomato mixture.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
