Description: Smoked beef brisket seasoned with coffee rub and cherry cola offers a rich and sweet flavor experience. This delicious dish requires time, but the end result is worth it.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 2.5 kg beef brisket
- 100 ml coffee rub
- 150 ml cherry cola
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 100 ml water (for smoking)

Instructions:

1. Season the brisket with coffee rub, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub the spices thoroughly over the meat.
2. Wrap the seasoned brisket in plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12-24 hours.
3. Preheat the smoker to 110-120 °C (230-250 °F). Add smoking wood (cherry wood is recommended) to the smoker.
4. Remove the brisket from the refrigerator and place it on the smoker rack. Pour cherry cola over the brisket.
5. Smoke the brisket for 8-12 hours, until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches at least 90 °C (195 °F).
6. Remove the brisket from the smoker and wrap it in foil. Let it rest for about 30-60 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the brisket into thin pieces and serve.
