A delicious and filling Brisket BBQ sandwich that makes great use of leftover smoked brisket. This recipe is a perfect way to enjoy mouthwatering meat again!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

- 500 g cooked brisket (leftover from smoking)
- 1 dl BBQ sauce
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 dl coleslaw
- 1 dl pickle slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the brisket into small pieces and place them in a pot.
2. Add the BBQ sauce to the brisket and heat over medium heat until the meat is hot and well-coated in the sauce.
3. Toast the sandwich rolls in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
4. Assemble the sandwiches: place warm brisket with BBQ sauce on the bottom of each roll.
5. Top the brisket with coleslaw and pickle slices.
6. Cover with the top of the roll and enjoy immediately.
