Delicious lamb kebabs perfect for a festive table. Seasoned with cinnamon, coriander, and cloves, they are served on skewers for easy snacking. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 12 kebabs
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground lamb - 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp cloves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 skewers
Instructions:
1. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes. 2. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, soaked breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
3. Shape the mixture into long, thin kebabs and thread the skewers through them.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve warm with a yogurt sauce, if desired.
