- 3 onions
- 8-10 potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 pack of corn kernels
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions, potatoes, and bell peppers.
2. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
3. Add the potatoes to the pan and fry for a few minutes.
4. Incorporate the red and green bell peppers along with the corn kernels. Mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the mixture on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
6. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes and gently stir.
7. Serve warm as a delicious potato wrap.
