Ingredients:
- 500 g salmon fillet - Sea salt
- Pink peppercorns
- 600 g potatoes
- 150 g flavored cream cheese
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Foil
Instructions:
1. Season the salmon fillet with sea salt and pink peppercorns. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.2. Prepare the cheesy potato pockets: Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
3. Mix the potato slices with cream cheese and shredded cheese. Add olive oil and stir well.
4. Take about 4-6 pieces of foil and divide the potato mixture among them. Shape the pockets into tight packages.
5. Preheat the smoker and place the salmon fillet to smoke. Smoke for about 30-40 minutes, until the fish is cooked and flavorful.
6. Meanwhile, you can place the potato pockets in the smoker or in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
