Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients, and mix until you have a smooth batter.
3. Stir in the melted butter and mix well.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
5. Pour the batter onto the pan to make pancakes of your desired size.
6. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
7. Serve warm with berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
