Ingredients:
- 150 g mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula or lettuce)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 g black olives, sliced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
