Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked, then set aside.
3. Slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion into strips.
4. Add the vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until softened.
5. Cut the cooked chicken into strips and add to the vegetables. Mix well.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the mixture and let it warm through for a moment.
7. Serve with fresh basil on top.
