This delicious nigiri sushi is easy to prepare and is a perfect choice for sushi lovers. You can make it in the open kitchen with friends or family, enjoying quality time together.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g sushi rice
- 3 dl water
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or tuna)
- Wasabi
- Soy sauce
- Seaweed (nori)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in water in a pot over low heat for about 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the vinegar mixture to the cooked rice and gently stir to combine without crushing the rice. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
4. Slice the fresh fish into thin pieces.
5. Wet your hands with water and take a small amount of rice. Shape the rice into a small ball and flatten it slightly.
6. Place a slice of fish on top of the rice ball and add wasabi if desired.
7. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
8. Serve the nigiri with soy sauce and seaweed.
