A delicious and refreshing sushi roll featuring fresh salmon, ripe mango, and creamy avocado. Perfect for sushi lovers! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 rolls
Ingredients:
- 200 g sushi rice
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g fresh salmon
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 avocado
- 4 nori sheets
- Soy sauce for serving
- Wasabi and pickled ginger (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse sushi rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Cook rice in water in a pot for about 15-20 minutes until soft. Let it cool.
3. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add the mixture to the cooled rice and stir gently.
4. Slice the salmon, mango, and avocado into thin strips.
5. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Wet your hands and grab a handful of rice, spreading it evenly over the nori.
6. Arrange slices of salmon, mango, and avocado on top of the rice.
7. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat and cut it into 2-3 cm thick pieces.
8. Serve sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger. Enjoy!
