Ingredients:
- 0.25 banana
- 1 dl strawberries
- 0.25 dl oat bran
- 0.5 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl skim milk
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions:
1. Mash the strawberries in a bowl with a fork.
2. Cube the banana and add it to the mashed strawberries.
3. Stir in the oat bran, rolled oats, sugar, and skim milk.
4. Mix all the ingredients well together.
5. Let the fresh porridge chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
