A delicious and nutritious breakfast made with oat flakes, hazelnuts, and banana.

Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 ripe banana
- 50 g hazelnuts (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, oat bran, and a pinch of salt.
2. Add almond milk and mix well. Let the mixture soak for about 20-30 minutes.
3. Chop the banana and add it to the soaked oats. Stir in the chopped hazelnuts, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
4. Serve the overnight oats in bowls and optionally top with extra chopped hazelnuts or banana slices.
