- 300 g cauliflower
- 120 g pulled oats (seasoned with tomato)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the kale and cauliflower thoroughly.
2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. Chop the kale into small strips.
4. In a bowl, combine the kale, cauliflower, and pulled oats.
5. Mix the ingredients well to ensure they are evenly distributed.
6. Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket evenly.
7. Set the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
