Ingredients:
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 dl fresh kale, chopped
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Nuts or seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
2. Blend the rolled oats, almond milk, banana, kale, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
4. Serve the porridge in bowls and garnish with nuts or seeds if desired.
5. Enjoy immediately!
