A delicious and nutritious chia pudding with apple and spices, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes (plus soaking time)
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl chia seeds
- 4 dl almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Nuts or seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and salt.
2. Allow the mixture to soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
3. After soaking, stir well and add the diced apple.
4. Serve the pudding in bowls and top with nuts or seeds.
5. Enjoy as a breakfast or snack!
