A delicious and nutritious oatmeal recipe featuring quinoa, banana, and raspberries, topped with yogurt and chia seeds. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 dl almond milk
- 20 g quick oats
- 50 g cooked quinoa (approximately 15 g raw)
- 50 g banana
- 100 g raspberries (frozen)
- 0.5 dl water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 0.5 mm rose salt
- Stevia (to taste)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Toppings:
- Fresh raspberries
- Banana slices
- Greek yogurt
- Chia seeds
- Honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. If using raw quinoa, prepare it according to package instructions first.
2. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk until boiling. Add the quick oats and cook for about one minute. Then, stir in the cooked quinoa.
3. Slice the banana, saving a few slices for topping. Add the banana to the saucepan and mix well. Turn off the heat and season with salt, cinnamon, and stevia. Pour the oatmeal into bowls.
4. If using frozen raspberries, first cook them: In a separate pot, add water and then the raspberries and chia seeds. Cook for two minutes and sweeten with stevia. Spoon the raspberry mixture over the oatmeal.
5. Top with Greek yogurt, banana slices, and chia seeds. Drizzle with honey if desired.
