Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats- 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey (or other sweetener)
- 1/2 cup berries (e.g. blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.2. Slice the banana and add it to the mixture. Stir well.
3. Add a pinch of cinnamon and mix again.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
