A delicious dark rice dish seasoned with onion and aromatic spices, perfect as a side for any meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 200 grams dark rice
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 cm cinnamon stick
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 3 cloves
- 400 ml water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
3. Stir in the dark rice until it is slightly translucent.
4. Add the cinnamon stick, bay leaf, cloves, and water. Season with salt.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover the pot.
6. Allow to simmer for about 25-30 minutes until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
7. Remove the cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and cloves before serving.
