A vibrant and fresh tomato-mozzarella salad that's perfect as a side for summer meals or a light lunch. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them into rounds.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese into rounds as well.
3. In a serving dish, alternate layers of tomato and mozzarella slices.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves between the layers.
5. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
