Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes - ½ ball of mozzarella
- Fresh basil to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- Truffle oil or your favorite oil
Instructions:
1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a plate. 2. Slice the mozzarella and place the slices on top of the tomato slices.
3. Sprinkle fresh basil over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
4. Season with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt to taste.
5. Drizzle truffle oil or your preferred oil over the dish before serving.
