Ingredients:

- 500 g cabbage
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 50 g rice
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Finely chop the cabbage and onion. Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, then add the cabbage and cook until softened.
3. In a bowl, combine the cabbage-onion mixture, cooked rice, egg, salt, sugar, and black pepper.
4. For the dough, mix the flour, salt, and butter. Add water and knead until a smooth ball forms.
5. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle and fold the edges together to form a pie.
7. Bake the pies in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
