This delicious cabbage pie is full of flavor and nutrients, making it perfect for lunch or dinner. Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons syrup - 3 onions
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 30 g yeast
- Water
- 200 g fresh black pepper cream cheese
- 1 kg cabbage
- 1.5 g marjoram
- 150 g margarine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Bread flour
- 3 beef broth cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons margarine for brushing
- 1 egg for brushing
- Sunflower, sesame, or pine seeds for topping
Instructions
1. Start by preparing the filling. Chop the onions and cabbage. Sauté the onions in margarine, then add the cabbage and continue cooking. 2. Add syrup, vinegar, marjoram, beef broth cubes, and sugar. Mix well and cook until the cabbage is tender. Remove from heat.
3. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Gradually add salt and bread flour until the dough is elastic.
4. Let the dough rest under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
5. Roll the dough out into a thin layer and line a pie dish with it. Pour the filling on top of the dough.
6. Brush the surface of the pie with egg and sprinkle seeds on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is nicely golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
