This refreshing fruity smoothie is a perfect breakfast or snack. It's quick to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 cups yogurt (e.g., plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and chop it into pieces.
2. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into small chunks.
3. Rinse the strawberries and remove their stems.
4. Place all the ingredients in a blender: banana, apple, strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, and honey.
5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add ice if you want a colder drink.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
