Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl canned bell peppers
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 3 onions
- 3 tbsp cabbage
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 egg
- 100 g margarine
- Water
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup cottage cheese
- 1 leek
- 25 g cooking oil
- Yeast
Instructions:
1. Slice the cabbage into strips and chop the onions and leek into rings.
2. Melt the margarine in a pot and add the flour, mixing well.
3. Pour in the milk, brown sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir until you have a smooth dough.
4. Fold in the canned bell peppers, cabbage, red wine vinegar, egg, leek, and onions. Mix thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and level the surface.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
