A vibrant and tangy red cabbage salad with a creamy dressing. Perfect as a side for grilled dishes or burgers. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g red cabbage
- A few carrots
Dressing:
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl sour cream
- 2 tsp mustard
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Thinly slice the red cabbage and carrots. A mandoline can be used, but be careful of your fingers.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients well together.
3. Combine the sliced vegetables with the dressing and mix thoroughly.
4. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve the coleslaw as a side dish with grilled foods or burgers.
