This delicious Russian meatloaf is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's easy to prepare and loved by the whole family.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g ground beef
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 dl mixture of water and cream
- 1 egg
- 2 pickled beets, diced
- Diced bell peppers in various colors
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, water and cream mixture, and the egg.
3. Add the diced pickled beets, bell pepper pieces, and chopped onion to the mixture. Stir well.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
5. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for about 45 minutes or until fully cooked and the top is nicely browned.
6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve with mashed potatoes or a salad.
