Kuppikakut with Cloudberry Cream Filling

Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 cupcake bases
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 12 fresh cloudberries
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cupcake bases and allow them to cool completely.
2. Whip the heavy cream, then add the cream cheese and sugar. Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
3. Take a Russian bulbous piping tip (number 105) and place it in a piping bag.
4. Fill the piping bag with the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture.
5. Hold the piping tip above the center of each cupcake and pipe in even circles until the cupcake is beautifully decorated.
6. Place one fresh cloudberry in the center of the piped cream on top of each cupcake.
7. Serve and enjoy!
