Ingredients:

- 500 g game meat (e.g., elk or roe deer)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 pickles
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cut the game meat into small cubes.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet and brown the game meat on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and continue to sauté until the onion is soft.
4. Chop the pickles into small pieces and add them to the skillet.
5. Pour the cream and beef broth over the mixture. Stir well.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes until the meat is tender.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
