Ingredients:
- 2 cups Iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 chicken breast (about 75 g)
- Salad dressing
- Vinegar
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ onion, chopped
Instructions:
1. Rinse and tear the iceberg lettuce into a bowl.
2. Add the shredded cabbage to the lettuce.
3. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool and slice.
4. Place the sliced chicken on top of the salad.
5. Chop the tomato and onion, and add them to the salad.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing your choice of salad dressing with vinegar to taste.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
