Ingredients:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- Approximately 300 g all-purpose flour
- 300-400 g ground beef
- 2 dl salsa
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 4 dl shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour and butter/margarine. Add cold water and knead until smooth.
2. Press the dough evenly into a pie dish. Cover the edges with foil to keep them intact during baking.
3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground beef until browned. Season to taste.
4. Spread salsa over the cooked beef and mix in the corn.
5. Pour the filling over the dough base and sprinkle shredded pizza cheese evenly on top.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
