Homemade Italian Pasta

Ingredients:
- 400 g durum wheat flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
1. Pour the durum wheat flour onto a clean surface or into a bowl and create a well in the center.
2. Crack the eggs into the well and add the salt and olive oil.
3. Use a fork to gradually mix the eggs with the flour until a dough starts to form.
4. Shape the dough into a ball and knead it by hand for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic, adding water if necessary.
5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
6. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll out each piece into thin sheets using a pasta machine or rolling pin.
7. Cut the sheets into your desired shape, such as tagliatelle or lasagna sheets.
8. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for about 2-4 minutes until al dente.
9. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
