Ingredients

- 1 can white beans (about 400 g)
- 1 can black beans (about 400 g)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Rinse and drain the beans.
2. Dice the red bell pepper and cucumber into small pieces.
3. Finely chop the red onion.
4. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
5. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
