Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 400 g beans (frozen or fresh)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 leek, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped red onions and leek to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the beans to the skillet and mix well. Cook for about 10 minutes until the beans are heated through and tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve immediately.
