A creamy and flavorful gluten-free pasta dish with sweet corn, garlic, and feta. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g gluten-free tagliatelle or other pasta
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 200 g frozen corn
- 2 dl (oat) cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Feta cheese
- Spring onions
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and season it generously with salt.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
3. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
4. In a saucepan, combine the garlic, corn, and cream. Heat and let the sauce simmer while the pasta cooks.
5. Blend the sauce with an immersion blender and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Mix the corn sauce into the cooked pasta.
7. Serve topped with crumbled feta cheese and chopped spring onions.
