A delicious dish combining crispy fish sticks, refreshing sour cream sauce, and a tasty salad. Perfect for the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- Fish sticks - 200 g sour cream
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 dl fresh dill
- 2 dl organic basmati rice
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 125 g mozzarella balls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the basmati rice according to the package instructions. 2. Prepare the sour cream sauce by mixing sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the fish sticks in a pan or oven according to the package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
4. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Combine the tomatoes and diced mozzarella in a bowl. Add salt and pepper if desired.
5. Serve the fish sticks with the sour cream sauce, basmati rice, and the cherry tomato-mozzarella salad.
