Ingredients:
- Fish sticks (store-bought or homemade)- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 dl organic basmati rice
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g mozzarella cheese, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate to let the flavors meld.2. Cook the Rice: Prepare the organic basmati rice according to package instructions.
3. Fry the Fish Sticks: Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish sticks until golden brown and crispy.
